"Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us. We implore you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God. (2 Corinthians 5:20) (English Standard Version)

The Household Embassy Movement is a revival and reform movement Christian householders from all kinds of churches and denominations who simply trust God enough to actually obey Him.

When Paul says we are ambassadors for Christ, we start acting like we believe it's true by managing our own household as an embassy of the kingdom of God. We routinely devote our home and family to practicing hospitality so that others can taste and see that the Lord is good.

When our King commands us to practice the Golden Rule of His kingdom by doing for others what we would have others do for us in similar circumstances, we trust Him enough to live the Golden Rule out as a beautiful way of life.

The Household Embassy Movement exists within the church community simply to make the truth of 2 Corinthians 5:20 a more practical, observable, reality.
